M1 Legal secured 3 results with a total amount awarded £47,544.

1st Court of Instance:

• Diamond Resorts - The nullity of the contracts was determined by the lack of information (property and when they could use it). Total Amount Awarded - £17,000.
• Marriott Vacation Club - The nullity of the contracts was determined by the lack of information (property and when they could use it). Total Amount Awarded - £15,875.
• Anfi - The nullity of the contracts was determined by the lack of information (property and when they could use it). Total Amount Awarded - £14,669.

8 Jurisdiction victories valued at £135,091

M1 legal secured 8 jurisdiction victories last week, all of them were against CLC, a combination of CLC Sucursal and Paradise Trading. The defense challenged the cases being heard in Spanish jurisdiction. Three victories were the initial jurisdiction hearing, and five were victories on an appeal. All cases will now proceed to the next step.
