Recent Victories

Last week our largest victory was against Club La Costa, with the monies awarded totalling the huge amount of £64,221. The contractual agreement provided by CLC did not contain sufficient detail of what exactly was purchased by the timeshare owners or the time period the purchase stood for.

Two Anfi cases saw our clients awarded with £8,291 in one case and £8,526 in the other.

In addition to this, we obtained seven favourable jurisdiction judgements against CLC. Contractual names being; Club La Costa Sucursal, CLC Continental Resorts, Paradise Trading and Reymonte Title 2.
